Description: Directly supervise and coordinate activities of transportation and material moving machine and vehicle operators and helpers.
Summary: Directs warehousing activities for organization by performing the following duties personally or through subordinates.

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Encompass, and Paycom HRIS.
Certificates and Licenses:
Forklift Operator. May also be required to drive vehicles in and out of warehouse so a Class A/B CDL is preferred, but not mandatory.
Directly supervises employees in the distribution territory. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to outdoor weather conditions. The employee is occasionally exposed to work near moving mechanical parts and risk of electrical shock. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.

The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include Close vision, Distance vision, Peripheral vision, Depth perception and Ability to adjust focus. While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand and walk. The employee is occasionally required to sit; climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
Background Requirements: Employee must pass background check, motor vehicle driver check, drug screen, and agility test.
